FOGRIO is a brand of 12StarsChampionship LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We are the ones who hold what you send us.

What we collect

When you order: your name, your email, your delivery address, a telephone number if you give one, and what you bought. Your card details go to Stripe, which takes the payment; we never see or keep them.

When you write to us: the details you type into the enquiry form (your name, your email, the piece, the tradition, the date, anything else you add and a photograph if you attach one), and what you tell us when you call. The service that carries the form also records the internet address (IP address) it came from.

Why

To take your payment, send your order and answer you, and to keep the business records the law requires.

Who else sees it

Stripe, which takes payments; the warehouse and the courier that deliver your order (orders within the United States are sent from a warehouse run by Amazon); Netlify, which runs this site and carries the form to us; Akismet, the spam filter every form passes through; and Google, which provides our inbox. We do not sell what you send, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer you, and for an order, as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Cookies and your browser

This site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers. It keeps your cart, and a note that you have seen the short hint on the opening page, in your own browser. When you check out, Stripe's payment form sets its own cookies to keep the payment secure and to prevent fraud.
