What it means

The star rose over Bethlehem, the town of David, and led the wise men to the child (Matthew 2). The deep blue is the Advent night of waiting.

Printed full length like stained glass: a blue night sky with small stars, a large star on each panel, and the town of Bethlehem at each hem, with clean squared hems.

When it is worn

Blue is worn in Advent in many Lutheran churches and in some Episcopal and Methodist churches, as a colour of hope; others keep violet or purple. Advent begins on the fourth Sunday before Christmas.
